Would there possibly be a time when you could discuss the problem of employee worker's comp fraud, especially in California, and the inability to get an insurance carrier to fight a claim that is blatant, for fear of violating someone's rights? The employers get cheated regularly out here and it's virtually impossible to get an insurance to disallow a claim once it's been submitted. Thanks.
